We work closely with team Education that is responsible for, among other things, the substantive peripheral programming. Together we address our (potential) audience. Team Marketing consists of 5 permanent people (three campaign managers, an online marketing strategist, and a content manager) and a group of permanent freelancers around them.<\/p>\n<h3>The tasks |<\/h3>\n<p>There are a number of fixed tasks that always lie with the intern. In addition, we like to look at where your talent lies and put it to use. Sometimes it is more in writing and text and other times we find a photo or video talent. Sometimes we find a strong budding data analyst, other times we find someone who explodes with creative marketing concepts.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thinking along and working on marketing activities and organizing promotional actions within the available campaign budget in cooperation with the campaign manager.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the website and social media in collaboration with the online specialist.<\/li>\n<li>Engage and enthuse different audience groups for different performances<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the online marketing strategist by gathering insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The profile |<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You like to delve into the motivations of our potential visitors, and are creative in approaching people and getting them excited.<\/li>\n<li>You have a good knowledge of English (orally + in writing)<\/li>\n<li>You establish contacts easily, communicate clearly and friendly.<\/li>\n<li>You have affinity with the cultural sector. <em>(If you haven&#8217;t been to the theater in the last year, don&#8217;t worry, you&#8217;ll get more than enough there.<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>You enjoy working in a team, but can hold your own in an organization that is results-oriented and gives people a lot of freedom to set up their own work process.<\/li>\n<li>You are accurate and quality-oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>We offer |<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A full-time (40 hours) practical internship and opportunities to combine this with research.<\/li>\n<li>An open, informal, creative work environment with committed colleagues from all over the world.<\/li>\n<li>Free entrance to all our performances and invitations to the premieres (and afterparties!).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Interested?<\/h3>\n<p>You can apply until July 1st.
