NITE presents season 2025–26
In the 2025–26 season, NITE presents three powerful productions that highlight our artistic DNA: interdisciplinary, musical, and socially engaged.
Nachtwacht
After last season’s unimaginable success, Nachtwacht returns! Catch it again at Koninklijk Theater Carré, Amsterdam, on September 12, 2025 and April 2–5, 2026.

HOPE
Together with Club Guy & Roni and Thalia Theater Hamburg, we present HOPE, a socially critical and urgent new work by German playwright Maria Milisavljević. Multilingual and interdisciplinary, HOPE explores how doubt can safeguard democracy—but also how it can be twisted into a weapon. It reflects on truth, oppression, resistance, and the timeless struggle for justice.
Brabo Leone
With her Dutch solo show Brabo Leone, ensemble member Sarah Janneh embraces the richness of dualities instead of choosing just one. Through music, storytelling, and reflection, she creates a narrative that travels from carnival in Brabant to the suburbs of Johannesburg and finally to her father’s home in Sierra Leone. Expect a typical NITE production: hyper-musical, intimate, and urgent. Each song feels like a letter from another chapter in her life—an honest tribute to resilience, belonging, and transformation.

The new season of NITE promises powerful stories, groundbreaking formats, and a quest for connection. We hope to see you soon in one of the theaters!
